Orders placed online cannot be picked up.

We ask that you keep your billing and tracking number the same for low risk protection purposes. Tracking numbers will be sent out within 24-48 hours of your purchase. If you place your order on a non-business day, your package along with a tracking number will be sent out on the next business day. Holidays including Chinese new-year are non-business days and can affect package delivery.

We are not responsible for your package after it is out of our hands, as we have many protection implements in place to protect your order. All packages containing our hair will have a signature release requirement attached to it to ensure customers receive merch directly. 

For Customized Units not Ready to ship, shipping is 5-10 business days as it is being hand made and customized to your wants.
